Its industrial facilities, which are located in Asunción, capital of Paraguay; have a daily slaughtering capacity of 1,000 head of cattle averaging 25,000 a month. The deboning department processes 4,000 beef quarters per shift.
The cooling deposits can stock up to 120 ton of chilled boxed beef and up to 1,300 ton of frozen boxed beef.
FOOD QUALITY and SECURITY, are our objectives.

Strict Hygienic and Sanitary standards are applied throughout the whole industrial process, such as SSOP's, HACCP E. Coli and Salmonella controls. Knowing the cattle origins, allows the implementation of traceability program that identifies every cut of meat produced.
